<p>These Draper 31096 Interchangeable Hole Punch and Eyelet Pliers are a handy tool which can be used as a conventional hole-punch for soft materials as well as for fitting 4mm eyelets.</p>

Ideal for leather, soft plastic, rubber, card, etc.
6 interchangeable punches: 2.8, 3, 3.5, 3.8, 4 & 5mm diameter
Punches and anvil are stored in the handle and simply screw into the jaws
Can also be used to join soft materials together with 4mm eyelets using the punch and die set (shown fitted in the jaws)
Locking lever keeps pliers closed for safe storage
