The Conrad GKA100 is more than just an alarm for your car. Not only does the audible alarm act as a powerful deterrent, but also the GKA100 immediatley notifies you via SMS.

In the event of the alarm being triggered, the GKA100 transmits a message alert and global positioning data to you. With the GPS receiver included, you can send the current location of your vehicle via SMS, as GPS coordinates or as a link to an online provider, such as OpenStreetMap.org to view the current position via the internet.

Geofencing (virtual boundaries) can be set up and if the vehicle moves outside of the area an SMS message will automatically be sent. You can even carry out various actions, such as triggering a relay switch, by SMS or a phone call. With the built-in microphone and speakers, the alarm system can also be used as an in-car telephone!

The standard alarm system features a vibration sensor to alert the owner in the event of towing, collisions and vandalism. An internal rechargeable battery keeps the system active even without a car battery. 2 relays with changeover outputs can be activated by an alarm or remote control via SMS. Further features are available via firmware updates.
