Analog Devices REF01CSZ Precision Voltage Ref 10V IC SMD SOIC8

The REF01CSZ is a precision voltage regulator in a surface mounting SO-8 package. The voltage reference provides a stable 10V output that is adjustable over a 3% range but only minimally affects temperature stability.
