Q. I am currently using LED bulbs to create street lamps on a model railway layout using a 12v DC supply but am having to include a resistor with each bulb. If I change to grain of wheat bulbs would this still be required?
A. Hi Trevor, thanks for your question. If you use any of the 12 volt version then no resistor will be required at all or even 2 X 6 volts can be used in series.

Q. I am looking for grain of rice/grain of wheat bulbs 15 volt supply to repair christmas lights. Are these suitable please?
A. Thanks for your enquiry Richard. These are rated at 12V so they may be suitable but are not 15V rated.
