Ultra-thin Flexible NTC Thermistors

These very flexible and ultra thin (just 0.5mm thick) thermistors have a superior insulating film. They can be bent into the smallest of spaces and have a fast-response making them ideal for surface-sensing applications.

 • Ultra-thin and flexible
 • Highly accurate ±1% tolerances
 • Choice of R25 values and lengths
 • Fast response to temperature change

Q. Hi, Are these "films" like a small plastic condom over the top of the thermistor? Hence "waterproof" to a limited depth, though not warranted as such? I'm looking for something with fast response that I can dip in a stream of water (<25 mm depth so the wire entry point does not matter)
A. Hi Marko. Thank you for your question. These are encased in a very thin slip of plastic sort of making them waterproof but it really is ultra thin, they are often encased in tubes and filled with resin to make them a bit more hard wearing.
