Q. The product selection page gives the shaft diameter as 6mm but the specification data sheet gives the shaft size as 6.35mm, which is correct?

A. Hi Alan, thank you for your question. The shafts are 6.34mm as per the data sheet.

Q. I am needing a 12V DC transformer and a 0 - 25 Ohm potentiometer to control a motor in the circuit. Can you advise please which would be best. The potentiometer could go from 0 - 50 or even 0 - 100 if there is no alternative. many thanks. (I have bought from you before - very good products!)

A. With motor variable control you normally need to incorporate some kind control circuit please see here. However this potentiometer starts at 100R and would not be used directly across a motor as it will get very hot and possibly burn out.
