Q. hi I am looking for ultra thin less that 1mm if possible cable for very light 12v dv loads - want the wire to be as near to invisible as possible running up a wall for instance for an art installation, bare wire with an insulating varnish or coating would be best - suggestions
A. Hi Alexander. Thank you for your question. The thinnest we list is 36SWG which is approximately 0.2mm in diameter available on 05-0200.

Q. Is this "Solder Through" enamelled wire (the enamel melts at normal soldering temperature) or does the enamel need scraping off before soldering ?
A. Hi Roger. Thank you for your question. It is best to strip the enamel back prior to tinning and soldering.

The common data sheet all mentions resistance for 1mm type.
