This hand-operated sheet metal punch from Q-Max provides the easiest and quickest way of punching holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge mild steel.


  • Point size 25mm
  • Round shank
  • Punching operation is performed by simply assembling the punch into a pilot hole and tightening with an Allen key
  • Punches can be used anywhere – no electrical or compressed air supply is required
  • Ideal for cutting holes for switches, chassis sockets, electrical boxes, panel meters, pipework, large cables/looms, etc.

Note: It is recommended to punch a hole slightly larger (approximately 1mm larger) than the size of bolt required. For details of bolt sizes corresponding to the size of punch, refer to the Datasheet.
