Analog Devices REF02CSZ Precision Voltage Ref 5V IC SMD SOIC8

The REF02CSZ is a precision voltage regulator in a surface mounting SO-8 package. The voltage reference provides a stable 5V output that is adjustable over a 6% range but only minimally affects temperature stability.
