The linear laboratory power supply serves as a potential free DC voltage source for the operation of small voltage consumptions up to the operating voltage with a maximum of 36V. The connection is provided via high-load screw terminals with 4mm sockets. On the output, the voltage can be adjusted from 0 to 36V and the current from 0.01A to 40A.
The settings for current and voltage are made via coarse and fine controls in order to allow fast and precise value settings. The values are displayed on the concise Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).
The current limitation can be preset via a C-LIMIT key. The usual short circuit switch on the DC output does not apply. The DC output can be switched off.
The power supply can be used as a desktop device or installed with the supplied fitting mounts in 19 inch module carriers. The device is overload and short-circuit-proof and contains a safety temperature cut-off.
