This dual woofer speaker construction kit from SpeaKa includes all the electronic components needed to build a dual woofer speaker:
20cm woofer (2x), mid-range driver, tweeter, crossover filter (to seperate frequencies), bass reflex port, speaker cable connection terminal, insulation material and cables.

These components can be combined to build a 120/400 W RMS speaker that can be used in any context, including in cars, though a 100l case is recommended.
