The Proma H3515 Cobritherm® Board Cu 35 µm Single Sided 1.5 x 50 x 50mm is a laminate comprising of an aluminium carrier plate with a coating of polymer-ceramic compound. Above this is a layer of copper.
Cobritherm® is used mainly at all the places where the arising power loss heat must be dissipated as soon as possible. Typical application areas are the assemblies of performance electronics, such as the power-LED technology or power end-stages for motor controls.
