ABUS FU9015 Privest Wireless Motion Detector

The ABUS FU9015 Privest Wireless Motion Detector is an extension module of the Privest Wireless Alarm Panel - it is a passive infrared (PIR) motion detector which detects moving body heat and reports it to the alarm control panel.

The ideal place for installation of the Privest Wireless Motion Detector is directly at the wall, up to 3m above the floor, in one of the room's corners. Any place that is exposed to a heat source (e.g. radiator) or a window is not suitable for installation. Likewise, do not install your motion detector in the immediate vicinity of power cables, gas lines, or electronic devices, which generate heat when operated for long periods.

A fax machine, for example, can generate heat in your absence and trigger a PIR motion detector. The viewing angle of the Privest Wireless Motion Detector is 90°, its detection range is up to 12m, depending on the elevation at which it is installed.
