This 3U rack mount programmable PSU 200V 140A from EA Elektro-Automatik has been designed in a 19in rack housing with 3U height and is fitted with an output terminal located in the rear panel.

Equipped with a flexible auto-ranging output stage to provide a higher output voltage by reduced output current, or a higher output current by reduced output voltage, always regulated by the maximum output power - therefore, a wide application spectrum can already be covered by one unit.

Set values and actual values of output voltage, output current and output power are clearly represented on the graphic display. The operating state of the device, the menu guidance and the varying assignment of the push buttons are also shown on the display, allowing the user to operate the unit intuitively. The adjustment of output voltage, output current, output power or the optional internal resistance is realised by two rotary knobs. These knobs are also used to set various parameters in the device setup menus as well. To prevent unintentional operations, all controls like pushbuttons or knobs can be locked.

For remote control, the device by default features an internal analogue interface, which is not galvanically isolated. Alternatively, it can be monitored and controlled by various digital and retrofittable interfaces.
