The OWON PDS5022S is a 25MHz 2-Channel Colour Oscilloscope that provides a combination of comprehensive features, speed of use and comprehensive analysis capabilities.
The Oscilloscope offers on-board storage, and USB output that is perfect for design, testing and maintenance in the laboratory or workshop. It features a large 7.8in colour LCD display making the analysis of waveforms easy to read.
Additionally, features include manual cursor measurements, up to 5 automatic measurements (Peak-to-Peak, Average, Root mean square, Frequency, and Cycle), high-speed screen update, storage for up to 4 waveforms and set-up parameters, convenient USB interface with software, 300V (PK-PK)(DC + AC PK-PK) maximum input voltage.

We needed two scopes that were small enough to be wall mounted by wall brackets to monitor 100kHz signals for our laser system (nuclear fusion domain) The item is brilliang because of the following: 1. extremelly light for a scope (1kg) 2. very compact 3. Direct USB conection for frame grabber 4. Large LCD Monitor 5. Even if you switch it off it remembers the last setup after repowering What I did not like: The LCD has to be about perpendicular to the line of view in order to have a clear contrast as cannot beat the brigtnessof a standard CRT based scope We sorted this out by mounting the scope on the wall via 3-axis movable wall brackets.

Good cheap scope for educational use but viewing angle could be better. Response is surprisingly good beating our Tektronix TDS LCD scopes for sampling. Software supplied is basic but it works and enables students to capture data via USB OK.
