Compact low cost cadmium sulphide light dependent resistor (LDR) housed in a small package.

Consists of a resistor which is made of semiconductor material whose conductance changes with variations in luminance.

Typical applications include camera automatic photometry, photoelectric control, lighting control, annunciators, industrial control, light control switches and electronic toys.

Q. Does this LDR have a minimum voltage? Thanks
A. Hi James, thanks for your question. There is no minimum voltage - an LDR is just a resistance that changes with light.
