Texas Instruments TISTT1009CLP 2.5V TO92 Shunt Regulator

The LT1009 is a linear 2.5V shunt regulator that features low dynamic impedance and a wide operating current range. A high initial tolerance of ±5mV is achieved by precision on-chip trimming, which also guarantees a minimum temperature coefficient. Though not requiring any adjustment of the reference voltage this device is provided with an adjustment terminal that accesses a ±5% adjustment that can be used to eliminate system errors.

Application for the LT1009 include 5V system references, 8-bit ADC and DAC references, power supply monitoring circuits. Also the device is suitable for use in equipment such as digital voltmeters and current-loop measurement and control systems.
