A. Hi Mr Moat, thank you for your question. According to the supplier, this product is not compliant with Amendment 3 regulations.

Great Board for the money, The enclosure is alot stronger and stiffer than others i have used, Has a great ammount of cable knock outs. with tons of space inside.
