The Recom R-78C15-1.0 DC/DC Converter is a switching regulator that is ideal for replacing the 1A 78xx linear regulators, and is pin compatible. The R-78C15-1.0 is supplied with an input voltage of 18-42V and an output voltage of 15V. It features a high efficiency level of up to 96%, short circuit protection and thermal shutdown. Other features include a low profile and a wide voltage input range.
