Q. Would like to use this product inside a large outdoor terracota pot with small holes in the side and a solid lid (removeable). It would therefore be mounted (off the base of the pot) to face upwards inside the pot. Is this item suitable ?
A. Hi Bob, thanks for your question. Yes you can – naturally care must be taken when using mains voltage outdoors to keep the cable protected and connections dry and free from moisture ingress as much as possible.

VERY GOOD VALUE BASIC BULKHEAD FITTING

GOOD ALL ROUND QUALITY, THICK GLASS DOME, REQUIRES AN ES BULB. BEWARE THROUGH THAT THERE IS ONLY JUST ENOUGH ROOM FOR A STANDARD GLS LAMP. I USED NEW GENERATION LED FILAMENT SMALL OUTLINE GLS SHAPE BULBS AND THESE HAVE GIVEN EXCELLENT LIGHT OUTPUT WITH LITTLE TO NO HEAT GENERATION.
