10W Low Ohm Precision Resistors 0.5% 4-Pin ISA-PLAN Type PBV

<p>A range of low ohmic value resistors from the <b>PBV Series</b>. Housed in a 4-pin case suitable for PCB mounting these resistors have been especially designed for use at low resistances, giving a component that delivers low temperature coefficient values and independence of the resistance value from consequences arising from the soldering of the component.<br/><br/> The resistors are manufactured from the precision resistance material Manganin and , when combined with the temperature resistant and humidity insusceptible Duroplast cover, give a device that has high long term stability, low temperature coefficient and low inductance. The shape of the resistor is consistent with that of the latest power transistors so that thermal management is made easier. The resistor is mounted through a central hole or via a spring clip to a heatsink so that the large surface area of the case maximises thermal management.<br/><br/> Suitable applications for these low ohm resistors include: power modules, frequency converters and switch mode power supplies.</p>
