This solar drive basic set from Sol Expert is ideal as a class kit as it offers the chance to experiment with solar equipement. Providing 0.5V voltage and 330mA (max), the crystalline solar equipment has a very high efficiency cast in a base plate for stability. To facilitate installation, the solar module SM330 has two screw terminals that transform the connection of the solar motor RF300 into a breeze. Just penetrate the cable into the terminal and screw, and your module is ready for use. Solar motor RF300 is renowned for its reliability and starts your model without any complication. The engine and solar cells complement each other perfectly to provide optimum efficiency, while the propeller of 9.5cm ideally complements the kit.
Light is required: in dark rooms and by poorly lit or illuminated neon lamps or low-energy light bulbs, each cell provides very little electricity - it follows that the engine cannot run. But if the solar cell receives direct sunlight or a halogen lamp, the solar cell can deliver enough electricity to produce a continuous rotation of the propeller. The light of a powerful flashlight is also sufficient to populate the model, provided it is placed very close to the cell.
