Unistrand 3:1 Adhesive Heat Shrink Sleeving 1.2m

<p>A wide range of flame retardant, cross-linked polyolefin heat shrink tubing, internally coated with adhesive, which as the sleeve shrinks, melts and seals the components or cables contained. The shrink temperature starts at 70&deg;C, and this range of 3:1 adhesive heat shrink is user friendly and has been appreciated by many of our customers for its durability and efficiency. <BR><BR>This material is ideal for suitable for an array of applications and for producing Y-splits in cables and for terminating the ends of multi-core looms or where a foil screened multi-pair is split out into tails. The heat shrink has been procured from renowned manufacturers having undergone extensive testing on various quality parameters.</p>
  • Flexibility , durability, efficiency and high performance level
  • Operating temperature: 45°C - 125°C
  • Shrink temperature: Start at 70°C; shrunk totally at +120°C
  • Inner layer glue melt temperature: +70°C to +90°C
  • Shrink ratio: 3:1; 4:1, longitudinal Shrink ratio ±8%

  • Supplied in lengths of 1.2m
Note: Care should be taken to ensure that this product is not exposed to heat during storage. For prolonged storage it is recommended that the temperature is as low as possible to minimise shrinkage.

Q. Do you have a shrink sleeving to fit a 75mm end diameter? Or would the 3:1 125mm still work?
A. Hi J Curnow. Thank you for your question. 3:1 125mm would shrink down to about 40mm so this will work fine.

Q. Are the sizes given the width of the flat sleeve or internal diameter of the bore?
