The QSH Quick-Action Holdfast is unique to Sjobergs and can be used in any dog-hole on the bench surface or legs for clamping the ends of boards or doors, etc., held in the vice.

The holdfast is inserted into a dog-hole, adjusted for height, then tightened on to the workpiece by twisting the handle. The ridged shaft of the holdfast locks securely into the dog-hole to prevent lifting.
