Q. Re EE20/6.1 Is there a metal clamp that can be used to mount this transformer to a metal plate?
A. Hi Norman. Thank you for your question. This is designed for direct printed circuit mounting. The circuit board can then be mounted using spacers.

Q. Hi I have tested a couple of these transformers and with only a few mA load they are very warm to the touch. Is this normal ? Could you tell me what case temperature these transformers should run at full load and no load. I am concerned the higher than expected running temperature may reduce reliability. Thanks.
A. Thanks for your enquiry Steve. They should run fairly warm as they are running mains voltage, the manufacturer does not appear to have any running temperature ratings but they do seem to state tested to 70 deg so up to this I would expect to be fairly normal.
