Micrf002bn Low Power Receiver Non Rohs

The MICRF002BN is a single chip OOK (ON-OFF Keyed) receiver IC for remote wireless applications operating in the 300MHz to 440MHz band, employing Micrel's latest 'QwikRadio' technology. It is a true 'antenna-in, data-out' monolithic device, with all RF and IF tuning accomplished, automatically, within the IC, so eliminating manual tuning. Four filter bandwidths may be selected externally.

• Bandwidths range in binary steps from 0.625kHz to 5kHz (SWP mode) or 1.25kHz to 10kHz (FIXED mode)
• Typical range with a monopole antenna is 200m
• Supplied in a DIP-16 package
