There are several good reasons for this from personal service and relationship (that play a large part in this), a big emphasis on service, and Rapid never fail to deliver. From getting special parts sourcing and supply to ‘off the shelf’ components, our account manager is the best in the business.
Over the years, I have had dealings with all the major players in the component supply arena, and what I can tell you is that Rapid will not try to sell you components that are available on their partners’ websites for more money, unlike some of the major supply companies.
In all my dealings with Rapid, I have found them to be reliable, honest, and good value for money.
