The Tektronix range of bench digital multimeters are offered under the Keithley brand, and are designed for bench, field service and system applications, and meet most measurement requirements. They address the needs of student laboratories for basic bench DMMs, as well as the speed and accuracy required for component, module and assembled product manufacturing testing. Instruments like the DMM4050 and DMM4020 measure voltage, resistance and current with basic VDC accuracy of up to 0.0024%. You can also use them for frequency and period measurements, and perform continuity and diode tests.
