Ethernet switches
Extend your industrial network with our range of Brainboxes Ethernet unmanaged switches, available in 4, 5 and 8 port, DIN rail and wall mounted versions.
Featuring galvanically isolated Ethernet ports capable of 10/100 Mbps, these ethernet switches can be powered from USB, a 12V vehicle battery or on the 24V factory floor. The power terminal is removable with numbered pins for easy wiring. Power consumption is optimised based on the status of the link device. No software required.
Ethernet to Serial adaptors
Brainboxes provide robust, reliable connections to Serial devices, whether RS232 or RS422/485. Choose from traditional on-board PCI cards, laptop friendly USB or connect over any distance with Ethernet. No network expertise is required – simply plug your device into the Ethernet to Serial adaptor, and plug it into your network. A web interface allows secure configuration and control of the serial ports over a local network or the internet using any browser.
Remote I/O
Brainboxes Remote IO devices are available as Digital IO, Relay or Analogue IO, controlled over Ethernet using a range of protocols, in both industrial and commercial/light industrial form factors. The modules have a suite of software API’s available including for Visual Basic, C# and C++, which allows them to be controlled and monitored over the local network or internet as a web relay or ethernet relay switch.
