The ASURO self-assembly programmable robot will challenge the novice level constructor. ASURO offers an exciting next step and good introduction to processor controlled electronics. ASURO is equipped with an Atmel RISC-processor and two independently controlled motors, an optical line-tracer, six collision-detector switches, two odometer-sensors, three indicator LEDs and an IR-interface for programming and remote controlling by a PC. Suitable for hobbyists, projects in schools, and universities, for studies and adult education centres. ASURO can be expanded with an enhanced experiment kit (13-1418) and further developed using 'More Fun With ASURO Vol 1' (13-1420).
