Located at our distribution centre in Severalls Lane, Colchester, our Trade Counter is open 6 days a week to the trade and general public. It is a convenient way to pick up items you need for your day’s work, while you can also use our click and collect service to save on delivery costs. Choose from Rapid’s complete range of products, including 40,000 in-stock items, and take advantage of special in-store services such as cable by the metre.

Place your order online and have it ready to collect within one and a half hours. Simply select 'Trade Counter Collection' when ordering online. The service is available for all online orders over £1.
Orders placed for Trade Counter collection should be placed before 4.30pm for same day collection, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be available for collection after 9am the following day. On Saturdays you will need to place your order before 11:30am for same day collection. All orders placed after this time during weekends will be available for collection the next working day.
