Residential Charging

Wall mounted EV charging stations can fully charge your vehicle overnight. This is the most efficient & convenient form of EV charging

65% of EV charging stations are residential.  While it is possible to use a standard 13A domestic socket to connect your vehicle to electricity, this is the most dangerous and unreliable charging method. It is not recommended and is banned in the US. 

Schneider’s EVlink charging stations are designed to allow private users to have a charging point dedicated to their electric vehicle – in their garage or integrated into their house. Weatherproof and robust, they are designed to be used in tough environments – not just in the home but at work, in public covered car parks and hotels.

If you are looking to install an EV charging station at your home, the following products are most suited to residential environments and capacities. These are wall mounted stations with a rated power of 7.4 kW. The T2 socket outlets are available shuttered or open and with or without attached cables. These units provide standard (overnight) and fast charging options.
