VAT for customers from outside the UK
Customers resident in the EU are registered to pay Value Added Tax. If you are able to provide a valid VAT number, your account can be set up to remove VAT.
Those from outside the EU should have VAT excluded when they set up their account with our Export department. If you are a non-EU customer and VAT is included in your order, please contact our Export department, who will refund the amount to you.
We are registered for VAT in the ROI, our VAT number is IE3202049LH. As we exceed the distance selling threshold for ROI we are required to register for VAT - we charge VAT to all of our Irish customers at 23%. If you are also VAT registered you will be able to reclaim this VAT as input tax.
