This Texas Instruments 74HC164M 8 bit SIPO shift register IC is available in a SO-14 package. A part of the 74HC range. The 74HC164M features a high noise immunity. The HC164 are 8 bit serial-in parallel-out shift registers with asynchronous reset, buffered inputs, asynchronous master reset, balanced propagation delay and transition times.
