Printing onto a coloured surface may distort colours in the same way that printing a photo onto coloured paper effects inkjet printing.
To prepare a dark or black surface for sublimation printing, the item must first be given a base-layer of Digi Coat Opaque White Coating before applying the normal clear sublimation coating (13-1640).
