Q. which led would be suitable to replace the one in those garden light supplied by rechargable 1.2volts solar panel?

A. Thanks for your enquiry Jacques. This range may be suitable but without knowing the setup of the unit it's difficult to be sure. I would take a guess and say that product code 55-1541 may well be suitable.

Q. With 2x AA cells (3.2v max) do these require a series resistor?

A. Thanks for your enquiry Ian. These would not require a series resistor in this application.
