This greaseproof parchment paper has a non-stick silicone coating on both sides and is suitable for both cooking and freezing temperatures. The non-stick coating means that food is easily removed and the parchment can be re-used several times in oven temperatures up to 260°C (500°F).

This parchment is brilliant. No more Yorkshire puds, cakes, etc., stuck in the tin. Use it under burgers and food with a sticky coating or marinade to help keep the tin clean - less washing-up! It's economical too - this huge roll lasts for ages!
