A Ø6.0 X 1000mm type K thermocouple with flexible mineral insulation. The probe is housed in a 310 stainless steel sheath with M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal and tails. The single element junction is insulated from the sheath, protecting against spurious electrical signals.

the highly flexible sheath can be bent and formed to suit particular applications and processes, making this thermocouple suitable for a wide range of uses, including brick and cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers, etc.
