Aim-TTi TG550 5MHz Function Generator

This function generator has a 5MHz bandwidth and a precision sweep generator. Digital frequency locking gives exceptional accuracy and stability and the instrument has a very high waveform quality at all frequencies and levels. An 8x digit LCD display is easy to read and can simultaneously display frequency and amplitude values.

The TG550 features an internal precision sweep generator that can provide linear or logarithmic frequency sweeps, and the sweep rate is adjustable over a wide range. An external frequency counter with seven digit resolution. The frequency range of the counter is from 5Hz to 20MHz and the counter function has an input sensitivity better than 50mV rms.
