Q. What is the deadline date for registering for this years TTC?

A. Wednesday 30th November 2011.

Q. What is the deadline for sending in project folders?

A. Wednesday 29th February 2012.

Q. What address do I send our project folder to?

A. Toyota Technology Challenge, Rapid, Severalls Lane, Colchester, Essex, CO4 5JS, along with project folder submission form.

Q. Can I send the project folder via email?

A. Yes, please email toyotachallenge@rapidelec.co.uk

Q. Can you use more than one 10F capacitor on your solar vehicle?

A. You can only use one 10F capacitor on your solar vehicle

Q. Does the solar panel have to be attached to the vehicle while racing?

A. No

Q. Can you reduce the length of the leads on the solar panel?

A. Yes

Q. Can you enter two teams in to the Toyota Technology Challenge?

A. Yes, you can enter a team into the Solar category and PIC category, but you are unable to enter two teams into the same category

Q. What is the age range for the challenge and are there different age categories?

A. The age range is 11 - 16 and there are no age categories

Q. How many students per team?

A. Minimum of 3 and maximum of 5

Q. I have filled in the forms to receive a free kit, does this mean my school is registered?

A. Yes

Q. Are family members or other students able to attend Regional or National finals?

A. Unfortunately due to numbers which attend we are unable to accommodate extra supporters
