This 500ml tin of quick drying stain blocker paint from Rustins is a quick-drying water based matt white stain blocker, for interior or exterior use. Easily applied by roller or brush, touch dry in 30 minutes, with a low odour. Has excellent adhesion to wood, plaster and previously painted surfaces. When dry can be covered with any type of paint or undercoat. Can be applied over asphalt, bitumen, crayon, creosote, graffiti, nicotine, rust soot, tannin and water stains.
