The TCP range of 'Magnastat' temperature controlled irons are the industry standard for demanding applications.

  • Design incorporates a suppression capacitor which extends life of the thermostatic switch and eliminates interference
  • Standard irons are supplied fitted with a PTAA7 tip and 1.2m of silicon sheathed cord
  • TCP model is also available with a 3m cord (model TCP-3M)
  • TCP irons are fitted with a 3-way Bulgin type socket (order code 23-1205)
  • The TCP-S has a 3-way plug (23-1220) compatible with the P50/51 (WTCP50/51) power supplies
  • A suitable stand is available separately, order code 85-5362 please see separate entry in this section for details
  • Spare parts are available as listed below
