A. Hi Foggy, thank you for your question. We do have a video and some of the sounds can be heard, it does sound robot like, and the tones can be changed.
Q. When using this device answering calls to a mobile phone is the device directly connected to the mobile phone or is will it sork efficiently wothout being connected?
Why are you not providing a speaker with the kit
A. Hi Will, thank you for your question. Velleman - the manufacturer - do not provide a speaker unfortunately. It can be any speaker depending on the sound you want, we recommend 35-0150. The device is not connected to the phone; when on a call you would speak into the voice changer microphone and the speakers then plays into the microphone of the telephone.
A. Hi Andrew, thank you for your question. The microphone is soldered directly to the board. However, you could extend this on longer wires.

Easy project, built a few, one as a gift etc... Sounds grand, and with a bit of tinkering you can get more out of this unit. Just make sure you get a speaker to match.
