Proma 108100 110015 H3515-P Conbritherm Pro Board Cu 35 µm 1 Sided 1.5x100x100mm

The Proma H3515-P Conbritherm® Pro Board Cu 35 µm Single Sided 1.5 x 100 x 100mm is a laminate consisting of an aluminium core board with a polymer-ceramic composite coating. Lying over this a photographic print is a copper-coated wear layer, covered with a light protective film.
The processing of Conbritherm® Pro can be made by standard chemical etching (wet process) and is effective when dissipation of heat generated will be dissipated as quickly as possible. Typical applications are in power electronics modules, for example, power LED technology or performance amplifiers for motor control.
