Encoders

Absolute and incremental encoders are sensors that convert the angular position or motion of a shaft or axle into an analog or digital signal. Absolute encoders indicates the current position of the shaft, while incremental encoders provides data about the motion of the shaft. Rapid’s range of encoders are available with or without switches.
