RVFM - Electroscope - 143 x 63 x 112mm

This value-for-money electroscope consists of a metal case with ground glass front and rear windows containing a metal plate with an attached special metal leaf supported by an insulated bush. The case is provided with a 4mm earthing socket. An internal transparent scale divided 0 to 90 x 10 degrees is provided for measuring the deflection of the leaf. Interchangeable electrodes are provided, as well as a 50mm disc top plate and 25mm metal ball to show that charge will be the same on both surfaces.
