Maxim DS1621+ DIL-8 temperature sensor -50 - +125 ºC in 0.5 ºC increments

This temperature sensor with direct digital output makes heat management easy. The sensor allows direct digital output of the measured temperature without the need for an A/D transformer, and is already calibrated by the manufacturer. The sensor includes a digital thermometer and also offers functions such as thermostat, programmable digital thermostat or memory.
