The ARS 261 is a microprocessor-controlled, universal display and analysis unit for reading two separate pulse meters. The compact and rugged unit is specifically designed for industrial use. The device can detect any pulse shape from 5 to 24 V/DC. With the ARS 261, the difference-flow and total flow can be measured, indicated and summed. The scaling can be freely selected and adjusted to the sensor constant. Connectable with 2 counting inputs.
Programmable counting types:
ADD/SUB = Count input A adding, count input B subtracting.
ADD/ADD = Count input A adding, count input B subtracting.
ADD/Count direction = unconnected count input B, count input A adding.
Against 0 V connected count input B = Count input A subtracting. 2 connectable count inputs (Fmax: 10 kHz, duty cycle 1:1).

Powered by integral lithium battery with a lifetime of approx. 5 years. Battery is disabled if the device is connected to an external power supply. Input for tachometer function. Guarded screw terminal connections on the rear.
