This PC-based digital function generator is a versatile instrument that can output a variety of waveforms (including sine, square, triangle and rectangle waves) created on a PC. There is a choice of standard, predefined library waveforms or custom-built waveforms using the signal wave editor, with a frequency range of up to 2MHz. The outputs are galvanically isolated from the PC, reducing measurement errors. Additionally, extended Bode plot function is possible when this unit is chained with the PC-scope 85-7417, creating a complete diagnostic and monitoring system.
