This superb function generator offers sine, triangle, square, ramp, TTL and CMOS outputs, and additionally, has a built-in 6-digit, 150MHz highly accurate frequency counter. Other features include an external voltage controlled frequency function and a Lin/Log sweep mode. This compact and lightweight instrument is suitable for the most demanding applications and is housed in an attractive light grey case with carry handle/tilt support.
